Purchasing Pixels

To purchase pixels, you will need to do the following:

1. Register an account with us and activate it within 48 hours.
2. Use the 'buy pixels' page to submit your advert(s) and choose your space on the board.
3. Additionally, submit an image of EXACTLY 712px wide by 152px tall, so that your advert can be used on the 'promoted adverts' part of the website.
4. Quickly and safely pay for your pixels.

Re-selling Pixels

Here at www.investinpixels.com, we give you the opportunity to sell back pixels. Unfortunately, we can't purchase them from you, however other buyers can!

Here's how you can re-sell your pixels:

1. Log into your account and go to the 'My account' page.
2. Click on the 'Manage Adverts' link and select the advert you'd like to re-sell.
3. Click 'Re-sell pixels' on your adverts' page.
4. Create your own price valuation, or use the suggested one and click 'Re-sell pixels'.
5. Sit back and wait for the buyers!

What is the promoted adverts section?

The promoted adverts section is simply an incentive for users to purchase pixels. The top 5 highest rated adverts will be featured in this 'VIP' area, thus getting the majority of viewers. The adverts will be put into the promoted adverts section based on ratings from the week - these will start again every following week, however the comments and ratings will still remain. Please remember however, that you must have submitted an image of exactly 712px x 152px for your advert to be placed in the promoted advert section.

Please remember that this is an extremely privileged position, and you will be getting nearly 5 hours a day of extra exposure from over 108,000 pixels!

Rating Adverts

Rating adverts play an important role at www.investinpixels.com because they allow users to determine how easy, helpful and smooth their services have been. You may also comment on adverts to share extra details about your experiences, which can be beneficial to other users.

You can comment an advert without an account, however you must be registered to www.investinpixels.com if you'd like to rate one. If you'd like to rate an advert, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Investinpixels account.
2. Hover over the advert you'd like to rate.
3. Click the thumbs up, or thumbs down button.
4. Additionally, leave a comment as to why you rated thumbs up, or thumbs down.
