Having a healthy debate on a topic is fine, but if it turns into an ugly battle, then it has gone too far.

In short, we expect every member to respect other members of the community in the same way as they would expect to be respected.


2. Certain topics do not need to be discussed - While we encourage discussion about a wide range of subjects, there are certain areas which should not be explored on these forums. This includes topics of a sexual nature, politics and discussions involving nationalities.

No post should exceed a “PG” rating. Profane, insulting or mean spirited language is simply not allowed here and neither is any sort of harassment or bullying.

Threats of any sort are grounds for an immediate ban.

3. Keep it Legal - Posts advocating or condoning illegal activity are not allowed on InvestInPixels.com Forums

Also, promoting any sort of spamming operation (not limited to email, mobile phones, instant messengers etc.) is highly prohibited. If any member is found to indulge in such activity then he/she will not only be banned from this site but also reported to the concerned authorities.

4. Spamming is strictly forbidden - We forbid the use of excessive posting on www.InvestInPixels.com Forums, and as a result we ask you to post no more than 2 posts in a row without a response.

5. We are not liable! - Any advice which is given to members is strictly at their own discretion and InvestInPixels (IIP) is not liable for any outcome. If advice is given by a member of IIP, users can follow this advice at their own discretion.

Additionally, if you're selling or buying a business, domain or website, transactions must be between each individual party and IIP cannot be help liable for any outcome.

6. Your Membership here - All membership information must be accurate and belong to the person
registering. Invalid, incomplete, or falsified information will result in the immediate termination of all membership privileges for that user and, possibly a permanent ban restricting the member from using any of InvestInPixels.com services at any time.

The creation of multiple accounts for one person is strictly prohibited. If you have lost your password or other membership details then please contact us at info@investinpixels.com

If you are in a situation where you are going to be sharing an IP address with other (real) people, please let us know before we catch you.

Membership at InvestInPixels.com Forums is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to deny service to any person at any time with or without cause or notification.


7. Moderation team - Some members are given a special status of Moderator and which gives them the right to moderate discussions at InvestInPixels.com Forums as they deem necessary.

The moderators have will the last word in any dispute. At their discretion, when they deem it in the best interest of InvestInPixels.com they may edit or delete avatars, pictures, posts and threads, and even ban users when necessary.

Also, moderation is not open for public debate. If you feel that you have been treated unfairly then please contact the concerned Moderator or one of the administrators privately (using Private Message system)
instead of making a thread about it in the public areas of the forum.

8. Buying and Selling - InvestInPixels.com allows you to buy and sell businesses, websites and domains. In no way whatsoever can we be held responsible for the transaction that may occur between the parties involved. It is at your own discretion to get involved in such acts.

9. Deleting and Editing Forum Posts - As soon as a message is placed in any of the InvestInPixels.com forum system, you are granting a full soft license to the site to use it at its own discretion. You understand that any possible request to delete or edit a post is in the sole discretion of the InvestInPixels.com Forum administrators.

10. Signature Usage - The use of signatures is allowed here, however, it must be setup using the edit signature link in the control panel and must not be included in your posts manually.
