Here's your review:

The good :

-The name is very well chosen, good job!

-The colour code makes me think I'm in a perfume shop, you've got it spot on

-Very easy navigation system on the left

-I like the 'New Arrivals' page, it's clear and shows products with nice thumbnail images

Improvements:

-When I click on one of the buttons on the left navigation box (i.e Mens fragrances), I get given hundreds of options! While this is good, maybe you should think of having a drop down menu for fragrance brands, and just show the best selling ones on the first page?

-Your URL tab Thumbnail seems to be the "Yahoo!" logo, can't you change that?

-You havent got images uploaded for all fragrances, but I'm sure you're working on this

Thanks Phil for your feedback. I tried making a drop down menu for the fragrances but wasn't able to. I tried using html but no luck. I'll try to go back and figure out how to do it. I may have to hire someone to work on it but now is not the right time.
I was always wanting to change that. I don't know how it's done and been curious. Can you tell me how I can change the "Yahoo" logo?

Yes, I have been adding the images daily but there are so many and the new inventories don't even have images and I have to add those as well, lots of work.

Hey,

Overall I like this site, the layout does kinda remind me of MSFrontPage but I think its well laid out for your market area.

My Criticism's
- when you enter the shopping cart its not not to obvious how to get back to the site, the link doesnt stand out very well, and I would head the cart page with your banner/logo (if your cart allows you to)
- You site map is huge! I would think about sub categorising, PHP pagination would be a good idea here maybe

And thumbs up for you getting the paypal shopping cart working!! Are you using PayPals API and IPN setup? I know first hand how awkward that is t work with.

Yahoo store doesn't have a feature to paginate. I tried doing it myself but couldn't for the fragrance categories. I heard that it could be done by some store owners. I just know the basics of html.
I use the express Paypal checkout for this. I'm charge a commission for each transactions, no monthly payment. I think it's an API setup. I don't know what an IPN setup is. I don't really know much about PayPal. I just set it up and then left it alone.
